At Peak Form Pilates, we offer competitive rates for private and small group sessions for professional Pilates training. We tailor your program to meet your unique fitness goals and expectations. Instruction can be customized for the individual or group setting, and can include Pilates reformer, stability chair, barrel, barre or mat sessions.
